Can I customsie the sugar level for bottled bubble tea?
Certainly! You can add on additional flavour(s) variant to the existing package
(there is 2 inside all boba packages) – at an additional fee!
PS: We highly recommend you to stick to maximum of 3 flavours – else it may potentially jammed up the queue (especially for high traffic events!)
How big is 1 bottle?
Our team will arrive 30 mins before your service time for set up! Tear down will require 30 mins too!
Can I customise the labels or flavours?
1.5m x 1.5m space including working space behind the bubble tea bar for our tea-vistas!
Best news is.. NO POWER is required! We simply require the space and that’s pretty it!
Is there a minimum order?

Do you deliver?
Any order of min 100 cups, we will include complimentary customised stickers (artwork provided by you!). Allow 5 working days of printing lead time
Stickers will be 5cm x 5cm diameter.
In addition, we also provide customisable booth with kapaline foam boards – at a small printing fee!
Are the bottles recyclable?
We recommend you to secure your live boba tea stations ASAP as our carts are very popular!
As a guide, we will need at least 1 to 2 weeks lead time to buffer for printing of customised stickers !
What kind of events do you cater to?
50% deposit required upon confirmation and remaining due on event day itself.
Credit terms are available, case by case basis.
Postponement is allowed with min 14 days working days, subject to availability of Sippy on your new booking date. If Sippy is not available, you may choose to cancel your booking with an administrative fee of $150/-
Cancellations
- Administrative fee of $150 will be charged for any cancellation
- Strictly no refunds for cancellations within 14 days to event date
