Do you provide manpower?
Yes. Professional service staff are included with the setup.
How much space is needed for set up?
Typically, we require around 1.5m x 1.5m of space with access to a standard power point. Setup requirements may vary depending on event size and menu selection.
Do you provided branded cups or cart?
Yes. Custom branding options such as stickers, cup sleeves, menu boards, and booth signage are available for corporate events and activations.
Can the juice bar be set up outdoors?
Yes, provided the event venue is sheltered!
Can I check on payment terms and cancellations policy?
50% deposit required upon confirmation and remaining due on event day itself.
Credit terms are available, case by case basis.
Postponement is allowed with min 14 days working days, subject to availability of Sippy on your new booking date. If Sippy is not available, you may choose to cancel your booking with an administrative fee of $150/-
Cancellations
- Administrative fee of $150 will be charged for any cancellation
- Strictly no refunds for cancellations within 14 days to event date
